The 19th North American Mine Ventilation Symposium venue provides nearly 6,000 square feet of exhibition space. Exhibits from manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and others involved with mine ventilation or related industries are welcome. Exhibitor registration includes booth space, one complimentary full registration, and one staff member registration.
Exhibitor Schedule:
- Set-up: Saturday, June 17, or Sunday, June 18, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Welcome Reception: Sunday, June 18, from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
- Exhibition:
Monday, June 19, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, June 20, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, June 21, from 8:00 am – 1:30 pm - Tear-down: Wednesday, June 21, after 1:30 pm
Exhibitor Booth
- Each exhibitor's area will have the following:
- Reserved area measuring approximately 10 feet by 10 feet
- One skirted table (6’)
- Two chairs
- Pipe and drape (sides 3' x 8'; backdrop 10' x 8'); exhibitors can use their own pop-ups and backdrops.
- Electricity (120 VAC 60Hz); exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and plug strips
- Internet access (may be Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet depending upon area location)
- Two dollies will be available for you to use to move items to your booths. Please ensure that you are able to move any items safely without other assistance.
Security
Each exhibitor shall be responsible for providing security for their possessions present in their designated area. The South Dakota Mines, the event organizers, cannot be held responsible for theft of or damage to a exhibitor's possessions. Exhibitors are encouraged to not leave their area unattended and/or to remove their possessions from the area during periods when the area is unattended.

We use YRC Freight; Contact:1-800-610-6500. Exhibitors are welcome to ship their materials via any carrier of their choice.
Make sure the shipped materials must arrive by Wednesday, June 14 or Thursday, June 15, so we can ensure we have staff to help get it to the Exhibit Hall. We will not be able to accept any deliveries prior to June 14 as we have limited storage available.
Return of Exhibit Material
If exhibit material is to be return shipped, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to arrange a pick-up by the carrier of exhibitor's choice. Please make sure each item is marked with the Bill of Lading with a contact name and phone number in case there is any issues with pickup. Each item will need to be strapped to a pallet and ready to ship. The pick-up must occur between 8:00 AM (Mountain) and 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the following address:
